Blue Mountain Village

Blue Mountain Village incorporates resort condominiums within a hotel structure to be enjoyed by guests. The resort condominium is managed by a property rental manager on behalf of the owner. As an owner of a unit in one of the five hotels, you have personal use of the condominium for 10 days each month. If you wish not to be in the rental pool, a maximum of 20% of the units in each building may opt out of the rental program. The resort condominium owner receives revenue generated by guest visits in the rental pool to off-set ownership costs.

Historic Snowbridge and Rivergrass

These condominiums were built by Intrawest in clusters around Monterra Golf Course. Historic Snowbridge and Rivergrass are larger than the Village units and comparable in size to the older Blue Mountain Condominiums. Rental is available voluntarily through the Blue Mountain rental program and also through private sources and on a seasonal basis.

Blue Mountain Resorts

There are also four condominium complexes that were built on the resort pre-Intrawest:

  • Chateau Ridge
  • Cachet Crossing
  • Wintergreen
  • Mountain Walk

These properties offer ski in/ski out capability or golf course access. They range in size from 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, up to 1,650 square feet. These properties can voluntarily be managed as part of a rental program that will generate revenue to off-set the costs of ownership.

Other Mountain Choices

Other properties including chalets, condominiums and homes exist within a 2 to 5 minute walk to Blue Mountain. Generally, condominiums that exist off the main resort can be purchased and rented privately, either short term or long term. They include:

  • Sierra Lane
  • Heritage Corners
  • Summit Green

Mountain Springs Lodge is a Mountainside Resort built in the late 1980’s at the north end of Blue Mountain that consists of 144 suites. These properties typically do not have a Rental Management Program in place to manage the suites for the owner.  There are various private rental agencies that will provide fee based rental management.

There are other condominiums being built at Alpine Ski Club and at Craigleith Ski Clubs as accommodation options for these private ski club’s members. The Orchard is a ski club residential development built in 2005 adjacent to Craigleith Ski Club. Woodlands  is a townhouse development built adjacent to Nipissing Ridge started in 2004.
