1. Pre-Approval & Down Payment:
   If you require a mortgage it is important to determine what you have as a down payment and to meet with a lender to determine what you are qualified for.
2. Finding The Right Real Estate Agent:
   The right agent will work hard to find what YOU are looking for. We listen to your list of must haves and do a market sweep using local knowledge and connections. Your happiness is our priority.
3. Shopping For A Home:
   Your real estate agent will arrange showings, and tour you through anything that interests you, 7 days / week. Have fun exploring properties that fit your wish list.
4. Making An Offer:
   Negotiation. We uses local market knowledge, and analyzes comparable listings and sales to determine the best offer price for you.
5. Inspections:
   Choose your inspector and get scheduled ASAP to determine if any repairs are needed before your contract deadline.
6. Appraisal:
   The appraisal should be ordered as soon as you have performed your inspection and resolved any issues.
7. Insurance:
   Choose your homeowner’s insurance provider and provide the relevant information to your title company and lender.
8. Utilities:
   Schedule all of your utilities to be transferred and turned on before closing.
9. Closing Preparations:
   Before closing, do one final walk through to make sure everything is in order and ready for you to purchase the home.
