Help Us Help Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation at Hike & Bike 2024!
It’s that time of year again! The HawkinsRyerse Group will be participating in the Hike & Bike for Hospice 2024 on Sunday May 26th in Collingwood, to help raise funds for Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation (HGTF).
This is a charity that we support in many ways and have been very proud participants in the Hike & Bike for Hospice for the past several years.
Please help us support HGTF this year by donating here 🙂
Hospice Georgian Triangle provides compassionate care in the home and at Campbell House for individuals and families dealing with life-limiting illness, serving families living in the communities of The Town of Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Wasaga Beach and Clearview Township. Care programs come at no cost to the patient or family and focus on the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of both the patient and family, enhancing quality of life.
Hospice Georgian Triangle does so much more than support a family during a time of loss at Campbell House.
Your commitment to help us raise funds will:
- Provide for the 10 beds at Campbell House for end-of-life hospice palliative and respite care
- Support the pain and symptom management clinic providing relief to patients
- Relieve caregivers by providing short-term respite stays at Campbell House
- Provide grief and bereavement counselling at no cost to anyone in need
