In the Community

We do a whole lot more than help people in the Georgian Triangle buy and sell real estate. In their spare time, Ian Hawkins & Cindy Ryerse are committed to giving back to the Blue Mountains community. Here are a few examples of how they like to get involved:

Hospice Georgian Triangle – Charity of Choice
Cindy served on the South Georgian Bay Association of Realtors for several years.
She volunteered for the United Way, heading up the real estate division.
She organizes an annual office bowling team for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program.
Cindy supports the Royal LePage Hospice Ski Day, Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Garage Sale, and the Annual Optimist Golf Tournament.
She founded and continues to participate in the annual GTAR golf tournament in support of Shriners Children’s Hospital.
Twice each year, she volunteers for Tough Mudder, raising money for the Wounded Warrior Project.
She has been a member of the Collingwood Slo Pitch League for 20 years.
Cindy volunteers at Burls Creek Family Event Park for the Barrie Automotive Flea Market and various concerts held there.
She has been an active member or OREA, CREA, and GTAR since 1989.


Annual donations are made to the Daisy Eye Cancer Fund, Princess Margaret Hospital, Canadian Cancer Society, M.S. Walk, and Relay for Life.
