Anita Hearn is a full-time Realtor® and a long-time resident of Collingwood. She is a member of OREA, CREEA and the Southern Bay Association of Realtors and an Award winner in the top 5% and 10% in Royal LePage National Sales as well as a repeat member of the Award of Excellence.

Anita is an enthusiastic advocate for the area and all of its wonderful for both fulltime and parttime residents. Anita has lived in the Collingwood and Georgian Bay area for most of her life. Growing up with weekend warrior skiing parents and transitioning to full-time residents during high school years, the area helped shape her deep appreciation for everything that Collingwood and The Blue Mountains has to offer.

Making the transition to the Real Estate world was a natural extension of her passion to help families discover this fantastic area. As an advocate for living and working in the Georgian Bay area, and with an understanding of the transition that comes from moving to a new community, Anita provides the professional guidance that makes the move enjoyable.
