With the help of the ‘Extreme Team’ Ashleigh and I were able to find the home of our dreams. To our despair the home was a Power of Sale with a one month closing and no room for a Condition based on the sale of our current house. As a young couple with our first born on its way, it was a difficult decision to risk the financial consequences of carrying two homes, especially given the recent depression of the economy. Based on our faith in Cindy and Ian, we decided to proceed and purchased the new home. Cindy and Ian came through as our home sold in less than three weeks. Their ability to sell our house quickly and at fair market value was a huge relief. The process was seamless and easy. We wouldn’t be living in the house of our dreams without the ‘Extreme Team’.
