When we arrived in Canada almost 14 years ago with 2 small children, we gave ourselves 3 months to get work, a vehicle and settled in a home. My wonderful parents put us up for those 3 months and between our family and Cindy Ryerse we met those goals. Having been in the military neither of us had ever seriously looked into all the complications that came with buying a home. We truly had to trust that our Realtor would look after everything. Cindy went above and beyond, she worked around our schedules, was at our beck and call, worked with the bank, and of course found exactly the home we were looking for…fenced back yard, close to schools and on a street filled with kids! While it was a stressful time for all of us, we were so excited to be moving into our new home and I’ll never forget walking in and finding the second set of keys tied to a lovely candlestick centrepiece. It was the icing on the cake! We have certainly learned over the years that Cindy and her team make it their trademark to go that extra mile and always add that little extra. When the third child came along our house was bursting at the seams, we knew who to call. Once again Cindy came through for us. We had an offer on our home but the home we were hoping for went to a much higher bidder, as we were driving away from viewing it we spotted a house that had just put the for sale sign up that day, we called Cindy and she turned around, rearranged her plans, scheduled a viewing for that night and had the offer in the next day. It’s not hard to understand why Cindy and her team have been so Successful, yes Realtors are supposed to work for you, but it is so nice when someone works extra hard for you. We have experienced diligence, integrity and a wealth of knowledge with Cindy Ryerse.
