You Can Now Find Real Estate Listings with a Swipe of Your Finger
In partnership with Plastic Mobile, Royal LePage announced in February the launch of its mobile app for house hunters in Canada. The new app, which is available for iPhones, simplifies property searches down to a swipe of your finger.
The app’s pioneering “draw and search” feature allows you to easily zone in on a specific region by simply using your finger to draw the area of choice on a map. After doing so, real estate listings in that region will pop up on your screen. If you’re an on-the-go house hunter, you no longer need to log in or fill out forms to view search results. Also, with one tap, you can save your search to get updates on open houses, new homes and current real estate listings in the area you selected.
At Royal LePage Locations North, we are always looking for ways to help house hunters in their search to find ideal homes through innovative digital services. With this app’s new draw feature – the first in Canada – we make searching as personalized and as easy as possible, while ensuring that you don’t miss critical updates when opportunities and listings change by the minute.
To download the app, please visit royallepage.ca/realestate/iphone. It can be used on iPod Touch, iPad Mini, iPad, and iPhone.
And, if you’d like personal help with real estate listings for houses, condos, or any other types of homes in the Georgian Triangle, please get in touch with us.
