Regarding the issue of the skepticism, we had a high level of trust going into this process having had a personal recommendation from a Realtor with whom we had had a very positive experience. We were rewarded with a very positive experience throughout the process and follow up with a very high level of courtesy, attention, and professionalism. We really appreciated your laid back approach.

As you know when we started our search process we had something quite different from our final destination in mind. We thank you for guiding us in the right direction particularly with respect to location. I think this is probably a reflection of your experience in the field and your ability to “read” people, which is not necessarily related to experience. Again through the process, we were surprised at the “painlessness”, particularly given that we were out of town. You facilitated contact with some great support people and certainly went the extra mile for us before, during and after the sale.

No real challenges at all, only the unfortunate delay related to our leak just prior to closing. This again was handled superbly and with minimum fuss. I think your experience really counted at that time, in that you offered us great advice and facilitated solutions.

Again Ian, Chris and I want to thank you for all you did for us. We love our place and have been up most weekends this winter including the Christmas break. We stayed away for March Break and loaned the place to friends with kids!! We had Dan do work for us, remodelling the kitchen/living room area. Again we were really impressed with Dan and thank your for putting us in touch with him. Very pleased with the product and the process. We plan to get Dan back in the fall to do some more and when we are ready to sell and buy again we will definitely be back to you.
