Thanks for your email and I have faxed you back the document with our signatures. I can’t believe we get to move into our new house in four weeks. What I thought was going to be a difficult sale, being a condo without a garage turned out to be a piece of cake sale thanks to you. Your advice on what to do to our home to appeal to buyers, not only saved us the staging expense but it worked. SOLD!
We always say how lucky we met you four years ago when we came up to Collingwood to buy our first condo for weekend recreational use. Look at us now four years later, living here permanently in the beautiful Georgian Triangle, with views of mountains, hiking trails galore and beaches and a beautiful home with a double garage. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
