Why We Ask So Many Questions When You Are Buying Real Estate
As REALTORS®, we are frequently asked by prospective buyers why we ask certain questions regarding your name, address, ownership, motivation, etc. Quite simply, the answer is we need to get to know you!
When buying real estate, we’ll ask questions to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. This is essential information for us because we must be sure that we are not wasting anyone’s time – yours and ours. For example, if you don’t have a job, a poor credit score, and no down payment with little chance of getting one, it’s very likely that you won’t get the financing to buy a property.
Taking you to view homes would be a waste of time for you, for us and the sellers who have spent a great deal of time preparing their homes for a showing.
When you are buying real estate, we need to know your details, such as where you live and your telephone number. In case we need to cancel a showing or change the time, we have to be able to contact you.
For many years, we’ve been helping people to buy and sell condos, houses and other properties in the Georgian Triangle. If you’d like to know more about buying real estate in this beautiful area, please feel free to get in touch with us at any time.
